Return&Refund Policy

 At Dorismile.com, we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date you receive your order. However, please note that we do not offer free returns and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

If you wish to return an item, please email us at hello@dorismile.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. In certain situations, we may request pictures to verify any claimed damages, manufacturer defects, or wrong items sent.

Please make sure to return the items in their original packaging and their original condition. We do not accept returns of damaged or used items, and any signs of usage will result in the item being rejected and returned to the sender.

If the return is due to direct manufacturer product defects or if a wrong product was mailed to the customer, we will reimburse the return shipping cost.

To process your return, please write your order number on a piece of white paper and include it in the shipping package. Retain a receipt/proof of postage from your local post office and email us the tracking number.

Please note that our return department has sole discretion and final decisions on returns, and any items that do not meet our return requirements may be refused and returned to the sender.

For international orders outside the United States, please be aware that we do not provide or cover destination country tax and duty charges. Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes, and fees that may be collected from your country before placing an order. We will not be responsible if delivery cannot be made due to incorrect shipping information or if the customer refuses to accept the package.

If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at hello@dorismile.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. Please follow the same return procedure as outlined above.

Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment within 3 working days from the date of receipt of the return parcel. Please note that you may have to pay for the costs of sending the order back to us unless the return is a result of an error on our side.

If you have multiple orders to return, please enclose the correct paperwork for each order in your returns parcel and separate each order so that it’s clear which items belong to which order.

When returning your parcel, make sure to get a receipt and code for tracking your parcel online via the carrier’s website. We will send you an email as soon as your return has been processed, but please allow up to 14 days from the date of posting for the return to be processed.
